Sarah Brouwer is responsible for Pilates training. It offers your clients an individual, professional and varied Pilates training. Inspired by Joseph H. Pilate’s book “Return to Life” (1945, New York), she focuses on returning to the needs of one’s own body and feeling how the connection of breathing and movement strengthens the body, mind and soul. In her free time, Sarah enjoys sports, kayaking, and is very close to nature as a hiker.
